Shipping Information
Important Notice for EU Customers
From July 2026, new EU customs rules mean that orders shipped from outside the EU may be subject to a €3 customs fee per product, as well as any applicable customs duties, taxes, or handling charges upon arrival. These charges are set by local customs authorities and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
If you have any questions before placing your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
All T-shirt orders are printed on demand and fulfilled within the same country or region as the delivery destination wherever possible. As a result, these orders are not subject to the additional EU import fees.
Music Products
All music products are picked, packed and shipped by Proper Music. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.
If you have placed a pre-order, your item will be shipped to arrive on or around the official release date. Please refer to the product page for the latest release date information.
Clothing
T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts are made to order and fulfilled separately by Fanbace. These items will be shipped independently from any music products in your order.
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery, as each garment is produced to order.
Beanies
Beanies are packed and shipped separately by us and may arrive independently from the rest of your order.
